    180sx rb20det timing issues

Okay this is been driving me crazy for a few months now and I'm completely stumped , I'm doing a rb20det conversion and I just can't get the timing correct

Closest I can get it too is 10 but the cas is sitting at full anticlockwise instead off the middle . My tps is 0.47. But my tb butterfly adjustment screw is set a lot more open than it should be due to the idle issue from cold .

I've checked timing twice, replaced cas, maf, plugs, coil packs, boost pipes etc cleaned the idle control valve .

Any rb gurus on here able to lend a hand so I can actually drive the thing

    Thanks

In my ownership no , engine is from a r32 gtst auto I heard the engine running and everything checked out including compression,

Since then I've rechecked compression and it's near 174 across all 6 and the engine had covered around 83,000 miles .

Just noticed I've made a typo instead off timing setting 10 it's ment to be 20

As the timing goes from left to right up in 5s so 0,5,10,15,20,25,30

I can get the cas to 20 but then the cas is fully turned clockwise ,

Update managed to get the cas to 15 when engine is warm then the revs jumped and the cas bounced to 30?

No splines are fine I've manage to get it sitting on 15tdc now it was a case off adjust the tps and idle screw to move the markings so I could adjust the cas . I'm still not happy where the cas is sitting ,,picture attached . But it is running okay now but I think changing the tps and idle control valve may sort it out .

Still need to work out how to get the cas centered

This is now fixed turned out when fitting the front facing inlet I plumbed the idle control valve wrong and back into the inlet the car now starts from cold
