Motorcyclists - Please help me by voting in the poll in the thread

I'm trying to work out what you guys would choose from the below to ride on a foreign holiday if you were planning on a mix of narrow twisties (30-60 mph) and distance work (up to 200 miles in a day).

    These are the options :-

    CHEAP

    Benelli BN600

    Enfield Continental GT

    AFFORDABLE

    Kawasaki Z650

    Kawasaki Ninja 650

    Enfield Interceptor 650

    Suzuki GSX-S 750

    PRETTY DEAR

    Ducati Scrambler

Can't see a poll, but personally I'd go for the scrambler... low speed twisties, v twin power delivery, Ducati handling.

Conti GT. You'll love it and then you'll see what I'm talking about.

The question was not "What should I pick..." it was "What would you pick..."

Yeah that kind of defeats the purpose of asking dude. Pick the RE and you'll love it. Hence you should pick it.

GSX-S 750, rode the gsr600 there good fun for a naked bike so the 750 will have more bottom end than the 600 good for tight corners

    Ninja 650

Wind/Weather protection and lot of fun or pick one of the old bikes if your back or your bottle's gone lol

Z650 or the Benelli if you plan to spend the week solely on the back wheel

Ducati if you want to spend 90% of the time fixing it

    I don't do Suzuki

I'd pick the one with air conditioning

Just not keen on naked bikes, so I picked the Ninja. I realise I am out of step with the current fashion, but the faired bike will be better for the distance work and i would still have decent fun in the twisties .

I chose for the same reasons, although none of those bikes do it for me, I prefer honda.

If you're doing 200 miles per day, comfort is a huge factor, especially if the weather is really hot. Nice dilemma to have.

Depends on bike for fairing or not...

Id much rather do 200 twisty miles on my old 600 monster over my current fireblade.

Much better on the back and wrists.

I am pretty sure I'm quicker on the likes of a monster than a super sports too, just find them so much nicer to throw round.

And a car is never the right choice when the weather is nice.....

Only people who have not experienced 2 wheel thrills would even consider it a viable option
