Vct solenoid differences

I’ve developed the dreaded rattle I’ve had it a bit at start up but it’s now starting to sound like a diesel

I’ve got a known good sprocket to fit so looking to change the solenoid as well but after looking there seem to be a few different styles

Any ideas what’s the difference ?
