Ca18det Air filter or MAF/AFM adapter

As description, ive purchased 2 different cone/free flow air filters for my S13 CA18, but none of them fit the standard 4 bolt maf fitment. There are multi bolt patterns on most aftermarket filters but none seem to fit a CA.

So does anyone have either a filter that goes straight onto the standard CA maf, or an adapter to fit an SR20 air filter to my CA maf.

This fitted and bolted on to a CA18ET MAF (dont know if thats the same as the DET one). The filter is cheap and nasty but the plate bolted on okay with no leaks.
