S14A Power Fc Issue. URGENT

Hi guys. New to the forum. I bought my s14 a few months ago. Since having it ive installed a z32 afm.

Ive had issues with this and today i decided to unplug it which the car was not running but powered up.

Since then i have a fuel pump relay ticking continuously. Eml flashing and the power fc wont boot and sits on the apexi screen.

I have checked wiring and cant see anything burnt through. I cant see any damage or smell burning inside the ecu. All afm cabling is right as ive checked and rechecked numerous times and the car did actually run and start before unplugging it. It just bogs down on load occasionally.

What should i check next?

Check all the grounds on the ECU, go from there...
