    Changing over to 555’s

    As above got my 2a board coming and need to swap my injectors, is the easiest way to remove top part of intake manifold or can you do it with out??

    I’ve always removed the top of the plenum. There is a technique to removing the injectors and be careful not to round the screws to the injector caps as they are made of cheese.

    if you struggle with the little screws i find a small pair of long nose vice grips can do well to help

    I just go straight in with the impact screwdriver on them poxy screws then replace with BZP cap heads.

    I’ve also replaced mine with cap heads, much better solution.

    m5x16 sounds about right. same for the pressure regulator.

    Found it and did it this morning, had 2 screws round off so I just cut a groove with a grinder in it and undone it with a flat head. It’s quite a mission all in all.

    the first time is the hardest. i swapped mine over in the rain out side horsham developments when i went to get a custom map after fitting cams.

    Stuff that!!! Feels so much more responsive not sure if it’s cos I’ve made sure all boost hoses are 1 piece and secured just need to get the hks evc 4 to hold proper boost, haven’t done the learning mode yet so sure that will do it!
