Yes dip stays on when high beam is on.

Am i right in thinking
1 is switched live from full beam
2 is earth
3 is power to dip
5 is power from high
6 is power to dip
7 is power from high
Or simple terms
1 switches power from 5 to 3 and 7 to 6
