Hi all, just thought i would introduce myself.

I'm Will, proud owner of a 98 s14 as of monday.
Sadly the guy who sold it to me failed to tell me
about some of the issues it has but im ok with
what i paid for a completely standard 200sx with
    minimal rust.

Dud to being mislead by Admiral insurance i am
going to need to change insurance in the near future,
but as an 18 year old thats going to be nigh on impossible for now so if anyone has any tips that would be great. Worst case i garage it for 5 months.

It needs a rear wheel bearing and has corrosion round the rear subframe mounts that i'll get seen to but other than that its pretty good. ignore the oil, its not from this car!

    You think you're skint now...lol

Welcome along. Insurance will be a killer at that age, there have been a few posts in the past from people your age insuring 200’s so maybe a search might be in order.

welcome to the club mate, hope you get your insurance sorted soon. Try Adrian flux or Sky insurance for quotes. Might help if you add a mum or dad to the insurance policy as a named driver, their age and driving history could help reduce your premium.
