Wink New to the OC from Essex

Had my 15 spec r for going on a year and a half now and never really got overly round to wanting to touch it much but after messing around with my dog of a Eunos for a good few months and getting more hands on plans are hatching, I figure it cant be a bad thing to have a knowledge pit on side so heya

Only things ive changed myself since he landed are adding in/swapping the Defi Oil pressure / boost gauge & braided turbo lines as my coolant feed kindly fractured on me 3 hrs before japfest

Im a bit of a social hermit so good luck catching me anywhere though :')

The kit looks good, swap the rear lights to a simple led style and it'll make a massive difference

your current lights are a little too much IMO, I've recently put the driftworks LED ones on mine, im kinda split on them they look ok but can't help think the LEDs make them look cheap..perhaps its because they are too crystal clear and the Works ones with the tinting look better

you can say they're absolutely horrific, because i share the same sentiment 90% of the photos i take of the car i try make sure they arent in them :'), Got a genuine carbon ducktail garage mak boot sat in my front room atm too but im leaving it off for now as it wont go with the other contours of the car as it currently is so there's no point putting it on yet :')

326 power kits are gopping imho. swapping that out would be my first move. lights i could live with but as said the LED ones look so much better and really hide the age.

    Nice car. Welcome in

Essex contingent of SXOC is still pretty active albeit not many of us have S bodies any more lol. There's a good selection of local shows and meets, which we tend to knock onto Pistonheads meets too.

If you're a Faceache user there's the SXOC Essex Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1528179937497681/

Tbh Arry , Cars are cars , im literally surrounded with 90's jap day in day out & hobby / club level racing, its more just a happy place for me, had the notion of hopping on here since i was on the STOC when i first got my mk6 ST150 and found the technical sections / build threads etc pretty interesting. I am on facebook yeah but i actually quite like browsing the forum

Did you drag this to Maldon on Sunday? If not, there was one quite similar there. It was so hot I can't remember. There was a sexy purple S14 with an SXOC sticker there in a different section, looked stunning in the sun

Are you a Maldon local? I recognise Tescos, I spent many hours there in my ST150 chavving it up a few years ago haha. If so you might see me about, I've got a red/pink s14a.
