On my unopened sr20 I would always use motul 300v 15 50w oil. But on my recently rebuilt engine I'm tempted to drop to 10 40w as I know the tollerences are tighter etc.. but I can't decide.
What is everyone else using these days??

5/40 is the recommended grade for the sr20

I used to use Mobil 1 15/50 Before fully synthetic oil went viral lol
I have been using Castrol Edge 5/40. Last time round i went to town and put in sylkolene pro s.
Next service I will be using Syntium. It's good stuff and doesn't cost the earth.

Im using Castrol Edge turbo 5W-40 full synt.
My engine builder recommended 10w50 Comma Motorsport, so that's what I use
after some thought I just went for motul again. its been good to me all these years.
its a trailer queen that only gets used for drifting so spends its time hot and getting thrashed.
Mine is well overdue an oil change and I’ve just gone for the Fuchs Fully Synth 5w40 as Opie Oils have got some offers on at the moment.
Solid choice
