Replacing washer bottle

I have no power to the pump, it worked before and there seems to be a pair of cables that go to a float switch?

Am I missing something is there a fuse somewhere?

Does the wiring to the washer bottle pump run beneath the arch which I have tucked?

Can't recall as I had issue with no washer jets and turned out to be a knackered motor which I sourced from ECP for reasonable money. I removed the motor for the headlights as that wasn't working either and blanked it off the headlight washer jets. I believe there is a fuse to this- refer to fuse box diagram.
