I seem to remember that they just located on the wheel studs and the M3 centre bore was just bigger.
from memory the Nissan centre bore is like 67mm. so you cant really machine some extra material on there, so you just leave it as it is.
bolt your old disc to the new disc and use that as a drilling template. or draw it on autocad and glue it to your new disc.
I think they have adaptor rings that fit in the centre of the disk so should pop out the old and pop into the new

I made mine the same as this with some thin rings
Excellent work guys
Does this make much difference?? What’s the cost of discs and fitting kit??

I have a pair of m3 discs sitting here. grooved and drilled. they have been redrilled for 4x114.3 if they are of any interest to you
Massive improvement over standard set up disks are around 45 quid a side, and mounting brackets pop up second hand now and again, so cheap brake upgrade, i use toyota hilux pads in mine, fit straight in calipers, but are oversized so more contact with the disk
I have about 5 pairs of dbpowers brackets

Huge difference in feel aswell I’d say they feel so much more positive on the pedal
Keep in mind, that with these front kits, you need to uppgrade the rears aswell.
Getting bigger front disc with OEM rears, actually increase your stopping length.
Due to the fact that you are increasing front bias on ann already heavly biasd front car.
Also what year m3 discs are we talking about and also spec on Toyota pads would be great??
