    The s13 "retro" build ish...

I eventually found an s13 after looking for 4/5 years of searching and it was local!

    So quick brake down.

    . 1991 pig nose 200sx in white
    . Body is stock
    . Coilovers
    . Fmic
    . Driftworks rad
    . Japspeed exhaust
    . Apex mbc t25 turbo
. Apex braided water and oil lines
    . Full interior
    . Hd stage 1 chip
. Uprated fuel pump and plugs
    . Polybushed everything
    . Exedy paddle clutch
    . D1 spec boost guage
    . Bitching pop up headlights!

    Heaps more ive likely missed
Had a full engine rebuild as well, underneath solid yay!
Ive replaced altenator and relocated battery to the boot, also bought a set of ssr mk2 wheels under referb atm no idea what colour to paint centers

Only problem ive got is speedo dropping to zero when driving now and again any ideas?

Let us know what you think!

Ill try get more photos on when this crap app decides to work!

Ahhh the old Rover 200 spoiler - used to be a very popular mod, good start for a retro build!

Speedo issue will be dry solder joints on the back of the dash binnacle. Common problem Just needs solder remelting but is a dash out job.

Just to clarify, when he says dash out that sounds a bit extreme but you only actually need to remove the clocks which can definitely be done with the dash in

Basically you need to remove the steering column plastic trim, drop the lower trim panel with the bonnet release to access the screws for the clock surround with the little flip up vents in (pull out the switches first) and then you can access the screws that hold the clocks in

If you ever get rid of that front splitter I'd be happy to take it off your hands

    Strong progress!
