Offset rack spacers

Anyone got a "How to" in fitting offset rack spacers to a s14?

Yea, you pick them up, and throw them straight in the bin.
You then get your subframe modified to relocate the rack forwards.

Literally this is the best how-to on the internet.

I ran offset rack spacers for maybe 1 month before they gave me problems. Kept coming loose so i welded to the rack, then blew the seals in my rack because they allow weird forces on the rack imo. I tell everyone to stay away and relocate subframe mounting points. Its not worth the hassle, i thought i might be a lucky one but nope
