How do I fit an intercooler?

I’ve just bought a japspeed intercooler for my 1999 Silvia and I need help fitting it, I am aware that the front bumper needs to come off with the strut behind the bumper. Do I have to do any work to get this to fit, have I got to cut anything or take anything out.

If anyone can help and explain to me how this is done I’d be very thankful

    Cheers

Normally you need to either relocate battery or run a mini battery and cut a hole in the battery tray to run the pipework. Have a search on the forum there’s plenty of guides written up previously

With most kits you need to trim the ends of the chassis rails for clearance along with drill a hole in the battery tray for the pipework. Sounds worse than it is to do.
