So I fitted a brand new gt2560r turbo to my ca18det as the seals failed on the t25 . The t25 was making 0.89 bar i installed the gt2560r and now I can't get over 0.43 bar so I checked the obvious first boost leaks(Had a small one fixed it) currently no leaks the only thing different is the pick up point for boost for the boost controller was in the turbo housing but the new gt25 has a outlet on the 3 bolt adaptor
I worry that the brass outlet may be restricting it but would this cause this
