Without a detailed spec there's no hope of any decent valuation.

Also what won't help is Apex are selling off the last of their stock, anyone who's anyone is gobbling up the cheap parts there

    Parts*to finish.*

    Power steering pressure line.
    Fmic pipework.*
    Refit looms or custom make.
    Fit screen wash bottle.
    Bleed clutch.
Source front bumper or fit a kit.
    New windscreen.
As I didn't want the bulky fuse boxes in the engine bay*I decided to start stripping the looms as they would look neater behind the glove box.
However bought it could just reinstate the looms.
    I have ca*& rb looms.

Honestly it's probably worth twice as much in parts than as a whole.
Selling a half-finished project is tough and any buyer will only consider it if the price is mega cheap because you just don't know what you're getting in to.

Either break it up or be prepared to take £3000 or less for car as it stands.

selling unfinished projects like this is a nightmare,,,, you will get a million time wasters and people don't grasp the concept that they cant drive them home and need to pay decent amounts to get them transported. I would gladly give you £3k collected for it any day this week.

Thanks for the replys & to be honest if £3k is the best I'd get I think I'll have to keep it.
I've got that in the engine & box/ engine bay etc.

the to finish list is saying it's nearly done with a bit of graft, worst bit swapping looms maybe but not that hard to do tbh
the rest is simple stuff like watch an autoglass dude swap the screen
and make it worth so much more,

No way dude my kids are both adults now. It's a work/financial thing. Giving up my unit as it's costing too much & haven't really got the space to keep any toys.

Yep I'm paying over £3k a year for mine in bristol. It's not like I can offset it against work or make money from it. It's just throwing money down the pan.
The other issue Is I have a lot of work at the moment which Is great to pay for the unit but useless when I only get chance to go there once or twice a month.
I also need a new work van!

So you're working hard to pay for a unit you can't go to because you're working too hard

Can't get a cheap garage or lockup somewhere?

    Yep that's exactly it.
Unfortunately there is no such thing as cheap in Bristol!

Will it hold more than 5 cars? I'm paying £40/month for a housing assoc garage.
