Any way to increase idle speed on sr20det

I’m looking to increase the idle speed just a touch as it vibrates abbot at idle with the stiffer engine mounts but if I increase it just a tiny amount it smooths out no end so hoping just to knock it up a small amount

The idle control valve on the side of the inlet plenum has a screw in the end that you can adjust
