    constant flutter

stupid question perhaps but I've started my car for the first time and from the intake it sounds like theres constant turbo flutter,
however i have tapped the maf to the intake pipe just to see if it starts, could that be the issue or something else?

Sounds like the turbo wheel is hitting the housing or worn bearing. Check turbo play and oil lubrication/ pressure.
