S15 spec r engine a straight swap with S14a?

Hey can people confirm I can use an engine from a S15 spec R to replace my S14a?
I know about injectors being different and the turbo but I'm just buying the bare block and intend to swap over all the hot/cold side etc
Is everything plug and play or is there a difference in the coil packs/igniter chip?

S15 doesn't run an igniter and uses different coils and cam cover. Best bet is to use all the S14a parts and swap the cam covers over I did this the other way round when I installed my S14 engine into my S15

As above, just swap the cam cover for the S14 one and use all the S14 wiring/parts.

If the wiring is the same, then all u need is to bypass the ignitor, use s15 coil loom and packs and you're done right?
