Twin plate clutch options for SR20 ?

    Hello boys and girls

Long time no see as it seems that buying a house to renovate kind of puts a damper on being able to afford to build a Onevia - strange that

Anyways having spent a long time out of the scene (but kept my membership going ) im on the hunt for a twin plate clutch that can handle upto 550bhp in a mixture of uses (drag, drift, track and traffic) but also is easy on the leg !

Been looking at ORC, Nismo and OS Giken but in all honesty I dont know what the options are these days.

Will be a SR20 clutch kit to feed a Z32 gearbox if thats changes anything ?

I've got a new excedy twin that's just been bolted to an engine for a bit but never used if that's of any interest?

Can't help much but don't go with an xtreme clutch. The one I had was horrid on the road. Could get a nismo supercoppermix twin perhaps?

Twin plates are very harsh for drag racing and put some serious stress on the driveline. One of the best things I've seen for using a twin plate clutch is a valve that goes in the clutch line which limits flow, making it easier to pull away from a standstill.

I did do a bit of reading of your posts regarding it Chris and sounds hard work in a daily driver

The drag racing would be more of a thing id want to try with some friends for fun and not something id be doing on a regular basis.

I assume the valve in question would be adjustable in the cabin ?
