    ca18 stage 3 boost/idle troubles etc etc

Been trying to get the s13 back into regular use recently but its not running very well, heres the specs and the issues, see what y'all think.

    1993 facelift
    444 injectors
    z32 afm
    28r with its original actuator
    fmic/exhaust etc
    HD stage 3 eeprom
    blitz electronic boost controller.
running audi coilpacks and new spark plugs.

So basically the car starts fine on cold idle, nice and smooth, once the car is warmed up i tend to get a lot of erratic idle at junctions etc, also if i park and leave it to idle it will go up and down with a regular pattern but sometimes it picks up and idles properly. When out driving i can only get 12psi boost from it which is stock actuator pressure on a 28r actuator i think? Can hear the turbo spooling up but car doesnt pick up.
When going hard on the throttle it splutters and doesnt really take off.
Generally it feels like its got no balls and it is running rich because i had the issue on the original nissan coils and plugs, the plugs were very heavily fouled black.

    ECU fault code clear 55
Keep thinking boost/vacuum issue with possibly a bad AAC valve?

So far i have fitted an new fuel filter, cleaned the z32 afm and gone over the wiring, been over the fmic piping to check for boost leaks (probably could do with making a tester), i swapped between hd stage 3 and turbonoz stage 3 chips, the plugs and coils are new and the problem existed long before fitting them.

^^^ that and what plugs you running?

Boost leak will also cause fouled plugs due to running rich

To make up a super easy boost leak tester. Stick a wd40 can in to the piping pre turbo. Something bigger if you have 3"pipes the pull a vacum pipe off and fill the engine with compressed air

I went all fancy and picked up a plumbing cap that I'm gonna put a tyre valve in when I get 5 mins and pump it up through that. Cheers for the input tho peeps
