    S13 prop

    Hi folks iv just fitted my prop but its hanging in the middle am I right in thinking theres ment to be a bracket there? If so anyone know were I can get on car is ca18det abs model

    Ye should be a doughnut that fixes up to the gearbox tunnel.

    You could search for someone selling a used one in the for sale section of the forum.

    They still sell them new from nissan, I bought it, it was around 60eur for the whole thing, but it takes manhandling to take the old one off (your is off I suppose) and get the new bearing on.

    Just so as you know, it looks like it doesn't matter which way up you fit the rubber but it does. It will knock like a bastid if you put it on upside down

    I can't remember TBH, mate. Try it both ways round and one will seem more natural.
    When you start the prop turning, if its not beating a tattoo on the floorpan, you fitted it the right way round
    If you do a search in TechS13, there should be at least one thread that covers it.
