    Boost gauge

Now that the boost gauge is fitted I took the car out for a spin and I'm only getting 4psi of boost really high up the rev range but the car feels like it's making more than that.

With general driving around the boost hits the 0psi mark.

I've plumbed the gauge into the FPR as per the guide on here, but I know that it's well debated.

You should have negative values at idle. Try plugging it in somewhere else until you get believable values.

    Boost gauge

The hose is kinked that's why

And personally FPR pressure feed isn't something I'd cut into. Best using one of the take offs under the throttle body

There's two take off under the front of the throttle body one is blanked off as standard and will be a nice feed for it
