    Double Din Audio Head Unit

    Hi there,

If anyone could give some advice or help in purchasing a head unit it would be much appreciated .

I am looking to buy a double din head unit to replace the current unit I got with my S15. I am currently looking at buying this Pioneer one.

I had a look at the S15 manual and couldn't find the dimensions to see the one linked above would fit. Another question would be compatibility such as, connect the unit to the power and speakers in the car.

If there is a list of checks to do to make sure I can connect it and fit it to the car and get it working please let me know.

    Thanks in advance,

    Toshi

Loads available, might as well get one with bluetooth handsfree and DAB radio, probably sat nav as well while you're at it.

Definitely want all these features (which my current single din has) but not sure if the ebay integrated sat nav specials are worth trying out rather than sticking to a pioneer DD satnav - is there a sat nav DD head unit under £300 any body can recommend?

Thanks for suggestion. Just checked this out and it uses the google maps as sat nav. I have an iPhone and have Waze so would that work on this unit?

What is the sound quality like?

Also does the unit stick out and fit the Ext centre console trim?
