    4 x Nismo 555 injectors on ebay

    Hi guys,

Considering going 3a and have spotted these on ebay:

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GENUINE-55...Xq-NF#shpCntId

Seems pretty cheap to me, under £160 posted to the uk. Has bought these or have experience with the company?

sounds too cheap to me, arent they like £250 in japan? plus it concerns me theyve listed that the injectors have been flow tested, if they were genuine new in the box then surely you wouldnt flow test them? could be wrong here but it sounds odd to me.

It says under condition that they've been reconditioned so that's explain the flow testing and the price I imagine

Yeah they're recond units, which isn't the end of the world as they still have a warranty. I think the weak Aussie dollar doesn't help them but is good for us

It says that they're made by the same manufacturer as Nismo, not that they are actual Nismo ones. If you look on the HDev site it says they must be Nismo ones and that other brands don't work.

It might just be me being overly picky but to me it looks like they're a cheaper 555cc equivalent jecs injector and not genuine nismo ones.

JECS was a joint venture between Nissan and Bosch (iirc). There are quite a few dodgy characters reaming out Subaru injectors and passing them off as 555s.

Hmm I see, I'll have to look into it a bit in that case.

If the code numbers he has quoted are accurate (i.e. he's not lying) then those injectors are 555s designed for a Z32 300ZX.

They are side feed but I don't know if they are a straight fit to an S14 fuel rail.

That means they are not NISMO injectors, just standard JECS OEM kit for a Z32.
They will be genuine 555s but I don't know if the spray pattern is the same as for NISMO/TOMEI.
They're not new but s/h, reconditioned and flow tested.
By the time you've paid postage and import duties they probably won't be that cheap.

You pays your money and takes your chance.

I've seen these for ages, always banging them out at that price.

Possibly copies, bought similar from a UK seller a while back. There were no markings on the injectors whatsoever.Had to open a case against the seller to get my money returned. As its from Australia you would have to return at your own expense to receive a refund.Probably be better to buy from a genuine uk supplier.
