    Wideband choices

Anyone have any recommendations on widebands?

I am currently looking at the AEM x-series kit but don't want to buy until iv heard other opinions.

    Cheers

id be interested to see what you come up with as I was looking around at these and they all seem mega expensive.

Buy the the AEM failsafe if you are above 300hp as you won't have time to watch the gauge all the time. It has an alarm function if the AFR is out of range.
    And yes, its expencive :-)

have a look at VEMS, it uses the Bosch LSU sensor and also measures EGT's. It even has a narrowband output for the standard ECU so can completely replace the old standard O2 sensor.
    But......its expensive!

I've got the AEM uego analogue gauge in mine and it's been good for 2 years and it closely matches the oem gauge cluster

If you want something that works and will last more than a summer I'm told Tech Edge is the one to go for.

I have Innovate MTX-L myself and just bought third lambda sensor for it...

I'm quite surprised to hear that Bahis, I'm sure you know what you are doing as far as installation goes but is there possibly another issue causing the sensor to heat up or foul up? Have you tried cleaning the sensors then re-calibrating? I've sold a good few MTX-L and also the newer MTX-L plus and so far not had a single issue.
