    Removing T28

Going to do exhaust side gaskets soon on ca18det and curious if anyone has lifted the engine out slightly to get better access to manifold nuts? Would it make this pita job abit quicker?

I did the bottom rear one with a 40cm long spanner. Made it "easy". The rest are simple.

I did it with a T25 recently and I can tell you if you don't have braided water/oil lines yet you might as well pull the engine out 30cm. It would take you the same time, I swear. But if you don't have an engine hoist and if you already have braided lines then fiddle from bellow.
