Hi people am replacing my manifold on Saturday to a tubular what gasket shall I go for? Also have a blowing from turbo to manifold gasket ( the square one) what's a better gasket for that?

Yeah as above it's a shitty job to have to redo because you used cheap gaskets

Get your self some nord lock waskers to replace the locking tabs, gpod bit of kit ebay sell them

Iv got a brand new one lying around in the garage if you want it
Definately get new locking tabs.
I tacked the studs into the manifold and used philidas lock nuts
How many of these washers I need? And where do i put them as it's a first time atempting to do manifold

What size of locking tabs and philidas locking nuts do I need for turbo and manifold? And also would I need to replace studs on mani?

i welded my turbo to the manifold after going through 4+ gaskets within a few months. its been fine since
turbo to manifold studs are M8. as are the turbo to elbow studs/bolts.
There are 4 studs between the the turbo and manifold , and 5 between the turbo and elbow so 9 new studs, Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/351903093921
9 nordlock washers , then new nuts m8 x 1.25 new gaskets jobs a good'n
