Love the OLD Adrian Flux

Hi all just a brief update,

So i'm 19 years old, I get that insuring my S14A will be tough, but last year Flux got me an amazing deal of £1300.

Yesterday (almost a year on) I rang up to get a quote for my 1.6L Civic, £1800!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They say this is because they have changed firms and their old firm isnt taking new business. Oh well... Different company for the Civic it is.

My brother could insure a standard 14a cheaper than a 1.6 golf a few years back, its ridiculous how they work it all out!

A few years back I asked one of the guys at flux's about a similar thing (my standard daily was more expensive to insure than my s14a). They said it was due to the fact that as they are specialists in insuring modified/ perfomance cars. They believe the more money we put into pur cars the more likely we are too look after and care for it. Rather than drive it like a loon and parking it anywhere
