    Puddle in the boot

    Hi all
    I keep gettin water on the upper level right side of the boot.i cleaned the seal and put silicone all along the place where the quarter panel meets but its still getting in.driving me mad.seems to run down the arch hence the paint work.

    Thought that and sealed the whole way around the legs already

    Rear light, boot seal and spoiler seal is the only one really.

    I had a similar leak on mine was the spoiler bolt hole I had to remove the bung and silicone it from above and underneath.

    I thought sealing the legs the whole way round would've sorted it. driving me mad now

    Your best bet is to put the back seats down and get in the boot with a mate pouring water over it. Mine is coming in somewhere around the bottom of the window!

    Mine was from the rear wiper. Removed it and the washer and bunged the holes and its fine now.

    My leak was from the rear centre light panel that's bolted to the boot lid. Turned out two of the nuts were missing!? Replaced and hey presto, no more water ingress. Might be worth checking the seals on all your lights as they do perish over time.
