Are they individual bearings or a cartridge type. Never done a front. Its probably how they are being installed.

Does the washer spin separate to the hub nut or is it just a hub nut with flat face? When you bolt it up is there any play? Have you checked the condition of your splindles? (The part that the hub slides onto and what your arms bolt to)
If it looks like this with the flat sides then you'll need the washers to match. I've never seen any other type on an S14.

Hi yes the stub axle is fine , the hub nut is just a nut with a large flange ( ha flange ) no play and smove rotation, i have come to tbe conclusion its gotta just be the bearings , will have to get genuine ones , see how they go, or two new knuckles with bearing already fitted , see how long they last , am just sick of bloody wheel bearings lol

Hi mate,
Did you try new bearing with dust cap and washer? As I think I'm having similar problems, which I believe it could be due to no dust caps and washer.

Yes it was the dust cap, water was getting in and drawing the grease out, get dust caps mate
