    Veers left after tracking

    So tracking was well out, got it aligned to the below specs - but the car still veers to the left when i take my hands off the wheel.

    I know some roads are naturally cambered for drainage but ive tried on numerous roads and still veers.

    Can tyre pressures have much affect?

    Reckon its a bush somewhere?

    Bent chassis at worst? No signs of this so im not panicking.

    Any ideas?

    Try raising the front left coil over, as a rough guide up to 2 turns of the collar in half turn increments.
    If then you feel the left rear consistently spins up first, raise the left rear in stages too.
    Should barely see any difference in ride height but should fix the left pull.

    Great shout on ride height.

    If thats the likely culprit then Ill leave it for now, will end up doing more harm i imagine!

    Will need it retracked when I get new front tyres so will wait until then!

    Your tyres may we'll have worn in to the old alignment settings and could take a few 100 miles to wear into the new settings.

    Is there another place you can take it to? Our cars are very sensitive to alignment and if it isn't set perfectly it can have quite an affect. I'm not saying it hasn't been done right but a second opinion/recheck might be a relatively cheap and quick way of ruling that out. There may be absolutely nothing wrong with your car. I wouldn't have thought the coilovers would have too much of an affect on tracking unless they are hugely different in height but then you'd be able to visibly see that surely? Has it ever driven right? Did you recently fit coilovers? Personally I'd try and find a local, recommended, specialist with state of the art Hunter, or similar, equipment. I've had very mixed experiences with various different garages. The printouts have definitely not always been accurate. Just my 2p.

    Was the caster set? Lots of places round here won't touch or check it (especially if the car is lowered as it can be a bit of a pain to do a sweep) but if that's out it will pull drastically one way or the other.

    Another shout for take it back or take it somewhere else.
    Have had the same before with mine, I took it back, a little bit of them saying there's nothing wrong, but I stuck with it. They measured it again and it was off on the front.

    Tyre pressures can have a massive effect .
    Especially on modified suspension .
    I don't get chance to take mine out much so I normally have to nip to the petrol station on the way out to make sure I have consistent pressure's across the axles.
    In my opinion anything more than three psi difference on the same axle can determine whether you can recover from an unplanned skid or wreck your car.
    As said above most wheel alignment places are s### I use a local Halfords there is a car enthusiast who works there I can trust.
