Have a question.. one of my friends (non member) wants to drive up in his camper van and spectate on the saturday.. Will the £50 fee still apply
If so, will he be able to pay on the day at the gate?

First post updated with payments received. As always let me know if you don't see your name, thanks!
Just sent payment for myself and Austen19850 plus guest.
Although neither car is ready and the tow car doesn't work either. 7 Weeks to go!
When is the deadline for booking track time as I'm not sure if my car will make it?
Also, can I pay for the camping ticket and if there are spaces left and my car will make it for track, can I pay the extra later?
Cheers

With preparation for the annual LeMans trip the chaps replying to this thread have been a little preoccupied - I expect there will be a raft of updates next week
You can pay for a camping ticket and add track time later, or you can buy a full ticket now to avoid missing out on the track time if you like. What's needed on the car to make it ready, maybe we can find you some nice helpful locals to help with your to do list?
Applied for holiday on the Fri/Mon..
Good man It's going to be an epic weekend
Bonnet vents don't do much for heat loss unless you're parked - you're best off just making sure the radiator is well boxed in so it gets maximum flow
Best I get my ass booked for the Camping...... I remember 2 years ago at the Rock, hottest day of the year, 30c at 1 point!!
don't see my name on front list ? or is that for track time only ?
Just paid for the weekend camping and one track slot
Looking forward to catching up with everyone and seeing how the new scrabble wagon does on track
Currently scrabble powered - Leon Cupra 280
Paid up for myself, camping and track £182
Cheers.Paul
You only need two tools in life - wd-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the wd-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
And if you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem!
Holiday booked off for the Friday, Membership paid and payment for camping and Trackday sent.
Now just to put the car back together.
Hey all, as Ben said I was away at Le Mas last week so haven't looked at this in a few days. All payments mentioned have been received in good order & first post has been updated now
There's still plenty of tracktime to be had so if you're on the fence about your car being done, feel free to book camping now and add on track later. You're not guaranteed a track slot till you've paid for it, but I'll put up plenty of warnings if we are nearing the limit!
Sorry mate, I had noted receipt of your payment but never put you on the list! Cheers
Not allowed, all bodywork needs to be present on track. It's open pit though so you just do as many or as few laps as you think to keep within safe temps and then come back in to cool off, go back out then when ready, there's no queuing. Most people only do 3-4 laps at a time if it's very hot out.
For those of you on tapatalk, pull down on the first page to refresh it. I kept seeing posts saying the front list had been updated but could only see 6 people on it lol.
