S14 ball joints

Just had my s14 motd
Needs balljoints and few other bits
Are the ball joints push out ?

Yes the ones I've used have always been pressed in/out.

How old is the lower arm though, if it's the original one there's every chance it's taken a knock or two over it's life and is slightly bent.
You might be able to find someone selling arms with bushes and balljoints pre-installed, cuts down on the work and all that.

Can't get hold on any arms as quick as I need them iv managed to get hold of some ball joints cheap enough so will just see that goes
