Rbs14a for sale

Up for sale is Nissan s14a with rb25 conversion (which was thrown together by bill and BEN). I'm gonna try and keep this short and to the point but I want buyers to know the full story and I don't like bullshitting anyone unlike aforementioned bill and ben.

I bought this car as a bit of an impulse buy because I liked the way it looked and sounded. It had a fair few issues which I was happy with sorting out myself. So agreed on sale and owner said he would drop it off to me. When he dropped it off I didn't really take it for another test drive or check anything over I just paid the money and off he went. Once insurance and everything was sorted I took the car for its first drive during which temps went really high. So I dragged it home and started to check for water leaks. I fixed one pipe and then another also had a leak so at this point I decided to rip the lump out and sort all water leaks and address the cowboy work that had been done before. As well as the water leaks it had various oil leaks. All water pipes were redone with ally pipes and all new silicone hoses. Then I address the head drain kit which was put together with silicone. Pictures to show how bad this was are below. So once all these issues were sorted got the car running again and used it for a few weeks or so and it started running rough and felt like it had loss of power. So got my mate to check it over and unfortunately low compression was the issue. I don't mind working in cars but at the moment I haven't got the time/space/money to sort this right now. So am offering this up for sale as is. I would break it as it has a lot of decent bits on it and I could easily make more money that way but it's on my parents drive and they want it gone asap. This car is more function over form so don't expect a showcar. Previous owners adds do mention rust but this was something I was gonna address as my brother is a fabricator and never got round to it as it had other issues which needed addressing first.
