    So this little pony

Took a test drive of the new Mustang eco boost at a Ford Sales event and have to say

It's a bloody good car for the money. Take away the stigma of but it's not a V8 its phonominal. Well the one I got to drive was even if it was an auto. That I admit took some of the spirit out of it but the look an feel of the car was awesome. The back seats are no place for a grown man for any length of time but you can easily fit two body's in the boot as my wife pointed out. The car is massive and although at first a bit like wow you soon get use to it surprisingly quickly. The drive position was excellent and it felt planted and well built. The radio is pretty good too although the sync 2 didn't understand my voice but got my wife's and the guy with a Scottish accent. I'm told the sync 3 is 100times better. The only let down apart from the waiting list is the fun police removed the DRL boo and linelock, oh and the electric seat slider is sooooooo slow if you need to get in the back, but never mind easy to over come at a later date I'm sure.

Ford performance have also got a number of performance upgrades available that will increase power to give the V8 a run for its money AND retain your warranty. Winning

So I ordered one manual Eco boost in magnetic with soild Matt black stripes and purple pin stripes paint and upholstery protection and life time RAA roadside assist. Capped price services come in at $300 ever 15000ks.

So the waiting list is almost 12 months however if your in the right place at the right time it appears you can get one a bit quicker. Mines due this Dec, 2016. Yeap this year and it's a my17 with sync 3

Very happy with the price although the paint protection was a little high but again its life time protection from fade and even dash cracking plus apparently I'll never have to polish it again lol not sure about that lol.

Should be fun and the wife loves it.

Yes but you can only buy it technically with a V8.

    One level

premium pack both versions. No V6

Options Inc body kit at about $5k and silver wheels on the V8. That's about it. Oh and you can choose just about any decal OTT option you like for free not just what Ford offer. Mines a soild Matt black with purple pin either side but can't decide on one or twin soild OTT.

Trying to think of number plates at the moment five letters one number for a one off payment

All the usual are gone Ponie Stang Mtang

    Gegee1 is available
    Horcy1 is
    And so is Myego1

Yes which means at the moment they are 'expensive'. When the pound was strong you could probably buy one of each for the same price as one V8 over here

there is a strain of Mustang as in the wild horse called a Kiger https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiger_Mustang
best five letter word I can come up relating to mustang that chances are ain't taken, but no car guy will ever get it
only some American horsey nerd would tbh so in Oz chances are no one will get it
your previous three seem better now

I had one for just over a week in June while I was in the florida keys. It was a premium 2.3 ecoboost auto and it didn't impress me in the slightest. The fake look leather dash, dials and Spotify integration annoyed me. The performance was missing as was the body control. I did like the styling, cooling seats and remote start.

It was unfair really, as I had a 2016 corvette for 4 days while in miami. Now that was a car.

Same independent but the premium performance pack has uprated sway bar and a few other things larger rad bigger alloys but pretty much the same there is just no spec to choose in Australia they are all premium performance spec. We don't however get the twin gauge set up in the dash which is disappointing.

I received my VIN number yesterday and went online to check tracking it's half way here. Nice Christmas present hopefully.
