We aint talking about those annoying lane departure things and auto fecking assist brakes though.
Saftey should be decent on all cars imho, i dont mean make em all like volvos but at least make an effort and do not remove safety features for different market - wasnt this happening in india with a lot of cars, no airbags ect... WTF...

Prob coz they dont wear seatbelts in India, airbags would only make things worse. Agree though, 2 star on a £35K car is embarassing.

Seat belts are the least of their road safety concerns in India, have you seen the shit that goes on over there? Madness.

The comments in the full report give a clearer picture of the Mustang's strengths & weaknesses. I'ts not a complete failure and seems to score quite well for driver & front passenger, but I wouldn't personally be putting anyone in the back of the thing, child or adult.

Good excuse to strip it out and save a few kgs

All the more reason to pull the rear seats lol.

i did get a giggle out of this..

inadequate restraint for larger statures by the front passenger seatbelt load-limiter.
So if you're a fatty (i.e. typical American) and you crash, you're going through the dashboard pal, goodluck

    But we are

    Adult Occupant score 72% = 4 stars
    Child Occupant score 32% = 3 stars
    Pedestrian score 64% = 5 stars
    Safety Assist score 16% = 2 stars

People still die in five star rated cars...... just saying

I looked at these before I put in the order for the 370z Nismo.

I liked the fact that it was modern and tech savvy, miles ahead of the 370 inside. And looks brute. However I wanted a V8.

The eco boost at power to weight doesn't appeal.

    370z nismo FTW.

However no matter what anyone says, it sounds to me like your heart is set on it now and u love the car. That's all that really matters, no matter one anyone says.

See my thread about the 370 lol!
