    I think I broke it!!

So I was driving the 14 3 weeks or so ago and the clutch pedal went straight to the floor, still pulled fine etc but couldn't get it in gear.
Changed the slave cylinder, master cylinder and bled it ( a lot)
Still no luck. Well, we thought that there could be an issue with the clutch release lever or something, so we removed the box and found this....

    I think it's safe to say, that's ****ed 😂

If you pull all that organic fluff off the springs in the middle and dab it back onto the plate with a bit of evostik, you'll get another 10K miles out of that.

    It'll be fine, honest !

Use the corrugated stuff and it will be nice and smooth like a sprung center

Flywheel isn't scored but looks a bit patchy. I'm undecided whether to get it skimmed

If there is anything more than a bit of bluing, I'd get it skimmed.

if it is just bluing, give it a rub with some emery paper to create a nice surface for the new organic plate to bed onto.

That's quite a bit worse than mine. I got away with just emery paper but it looks like there are grooves in that.

Be aware that lightened fly's tend to wear quicker than OEM and change the engine character istics making it slightly less smooth when cruising but spin up quicker. More race car basically.

More than likely I'll just skim it or get another standard one.
