Finally after 10 years of ownership i can finally say the mods have to stop! I picked up my car standard years ago, intending to keep it that way and since then have gone through every stage, body modifications custom maps muchos turbos and i finally have settled for the ~500bhp mark and a car that looks nothing like it originally did now faced with a relocation abroad im looking into the possibility of selling the car if i cannot ship it over so that may be up for sale soon too.

CA18DET Custom made inlet manifold

Based on the CPC and PNT intake manifolds. The CPC one has a habit of cracking under pressure and the PNT one does not fit uk spec ca18s and require additional breathers, so i got my own one made.
Hours of work went into the design of the velocity stacks for the optimum air flow as I had issues breaking the 450hp barrier using the standard intake manifold as it became restrictive at high levels of boost. I ended up having to get the stacks CAD designed and CNC machined (at massive cost) with the rest of the alloy frame hand made to a specific volume, the nicely tig welded all together flattened and polished. I then had a mould made up so it could be reproduced cheaply (again at massive cost) I produced 1 sample without velocity stacks to check fitment - which is also for sale - and 3 finished products one of which is on my car currently.

Using the vacuum nipples supplied, it is a complete plug and play solution which also hides the vacuum lines and idle control valve underneath making things look tidier yet functional. the manifold was pressure tested at 6 bar and held like a pro and i put 2.2 bar through it with no problems at all.

Interested in the turbo jacket, but not sure what size for a T04R turbo? Turns out T4 size

yep its a t4. i have a friend who runs that turbo. I test fitted it. something about 500hp and not much rpm creates a lot of heat lol send me a pm and we can sort it out
