July2016 Wonky Username colours

Evening all,

We have had an IT hiccup* which is now almost completely fixed, however one last hangover is that some members currently are showing with the wrong username colour.
Some expired members still show Green, and newly renewed members are showing as Grey.

I can change colours manually, but would prefer to wait until the final IT bit is fixed, otherwise I will have to change everyone manually again. When the IT is fixed, colours will correct themselves. If this lasts more than a few days, I will make manual changes and PM the people affected as needed.

If you have paid monies and REALLY want to be green, please let me know and I'll make the change, otherwise things will self correct soon.

27July this gremlin still applies.

The Membership system is working properly in most respects, but seems have taken a dislike to the colour Green.
New and Renewing Members are showing wrongly grey coloured.
Our best IT brains are on the case, and when fixed, the colours will self-correct

You just need to drop the www. off the front of your url to fix that i.e. you probably have a favourite that is pointing to www.sxoc.com/blahblah instead of sxoc.com/blahblah

For Renewing members I sent out reminder PMs on Wednesday, and said I'd report into here if the username colour gremlin still existed after the weekend.

erm.. it does.
Apologies for this chaps and chapesses.
Changing individual Members' colours manually is likely to cause more fuss in the IT system longterm so I'm avoiding that.
If anyone really wants to be green, please let me know, and I'll change it

Hopefully fixed shortly. The colour is a simple gremlin itself, but it affects other things, which need more work yet.

If viewing on Tapatalk I think everyone is a sort of pastel orange colour, and you've probably not been seriously traumatised over the last few days.

However, if viewing via a proper device, we are fixed
I believe all Members are now green and all Guests are now grey.

Thank you to the IT bods for sorting this out, as I know it's been a head scratcher.

If you believe your username is the wrong colour now, please let me know, just in case we've missed something.
