Help with oil pump fitting

All stripped apart from the upper oil pan, really dont fancy dropping subframe. Is it possible to remove and refit by undoing the lower engine mount nuts and jacking the engine up slightly or will I not have enough room

Yes its possible, i have done it without dropping subframe, but i would suggest to drop it, it will make whole job lot easier

Ok so lower and upper sump pans are off. But the front cover wont come off because of the ac belt tensioner bracket. Please dont tell me all that has to come off

You may aswell pull the engine if you are fitting a new oil pump, the top face of the oil pump needs machined flat to the block. This can only be done with the engine apart

Sussed it. Ac pump and bracket needs to come off and its finally stripped.
