    Late boost problems

Hi all got my 14 few months back just been slowly sorting bits out and now wanna get on to sorting the late boost issue out , I only boost at 4K sr20 no boost leaks turbo seems fine t28r as far as I'm aware just wondering if there is anything I'm missing :/ I'd like to get it down in the rev range to kick in sooner
    Cheers

how do you know if you have no boost leaks, has it been smoke tested?

that turbo should be on song by around 3k at very most

I'm 99% sure its a boost leak, it comes on boost so late as more of the boost is lost, the turbo works even harder to produce the desired boost level which is generally further up the rev range, by that point the turbo is knocking its stuffing out to produce the boost you want
