The top set look similar to Cosmis MRII, which you can get easily through Driftworks.
i did they they look similar to a set worn by an red wide ass S15 recently, but then couldn't find the picOriginally Posted by Quail
The bottom ones are similar to the ones redlinezak runs. Think they're sparcos but don't quote me on it.

Definitely not Sparcos but yes do look similar.
