    Driftworks DW15 2.0 build

    Hey Guys,

Some of you may have see that we have built a new S15 over the last few weeks.

Last year with purchased a S15 from Japan to use a practice/fun car for Phil. Not surprisingly the DW86 is a bit much for a practice day so we wanted something we could go to teesside, three sisters etc and have some fun.

One of the original goals of the car was to build a car with components taken from our shelves, something that our customers could relate to.

You can see the first installment of our build thread here

    http://www.driftworks.com/blog/2015/...ect-s15-shelf/

We went to Teesside last August bank holiday, did a skid and it has sat in the unit ever since.

Fast forward 11months and 4 weeks before British Drift Championship round 4 and the DW86 is out of action so we needed a car.

Phil has been accumulating parts for the S15 and they have been gathering dust waiting to be fitted so this was the perfect excuse to get this finished and usable. In the modern age we live in now we also decided to film the build releasing weekly updates to keep people in the loop with what is going on, check out the 4 videos below.

The Car produced 425BHP and 400ft/lb on ProTuners Dyno

Big thanks to everyone that has made this come to life over the last few weeks.
Dan and Craig(DynoTorque) especially for the late night and weekends.

Thanks for Walton Motorsport, Link ECU, Huxley Motorsport, Turbosmart, Defi, WORK Wheels Japan, ABC-Clutch

This car has evolved slightly from the original plan to use parts from our shelves but this is not an unachieveable build for the normal customer.

If you have any questions about this please ask.
