Qurations about oil changes for flushing and oil for bleeding lifters

I need to bleed my lifters again after rebuilding, they're a touch noisy. I've got about 15Litres of 5w30 semi in the garage. Can I use this to bleed my lifters in? Or do I need to use the same grade oil as I'll be running eventually? Don't want to put thin oil in and them be noisy again!

Also, am I OK using the 5w30 to flush the engine for a few miles before refilling with the good stuff?

Titan pro s 10w50 is the oil I've got for it
