    3rd gear syncrho? Part number

    Hello friends of the internet

Im having my box rebuilt and the company doing it are having trouble finding the correct part. There telling me there is three different types of 3rd gear syncrho. It was my understanding that the gear box internals where the same across all the models. Any help would be greatly appreciated because i want to be back on the road.

Its the latest model box with the baffled center plate, and has a os giken 5 speed gear set if that makes any difference

3rd gear synchro was one of the very few parts that changed IIRC.
Skyshack might know the details of what part you need.

I'm going to pass the buck. European box has double baulk ring on 2nd and 3rd, rest of world only got double baulk ring on 2nd. There are three different parts depending on when it was made. You need a VIN number to find the date of manufacture and then have to pray it's the original box.

    Phatbob is the transmission guy.
