Language translation ; What is English "please" in French/Spanish/Norwegian/German

I only speaks English, so I check any emails etc I send abroad to make sure what I'm saying makes sense. Google Translations are very very good these days.
However, I notice the word "please" always disappears when translating back into English.

There is a dictionary definition of the word please, but in day to day use, its only meaning is "don't be offended by what I'm saying"

What is the French/German/Spanish/Italian/ and particularly Norwegian equivalent of this, please.
I kind of need to know.

    French - s'il vous plait
    Italy - per favore

I could also do with a Norwegian word equivalent to the English word "arse", meaning, I apologise for everything that has ever been said between us, can we start again.

"Please" is a very status dependent word in English.
Senior person says please to junior person = DO IT NOW
Junior person says please to senior person = I BEG FOR THIS TO HAPPEN

    English is weird.

Not really, it's not polite in the same way please is.

It basically translates as 'be a friend'
