I got problems I brought another skirt its 2nd hand but straight and it was red with a few chips and marks so its been filled and sanded I primered it but almost immediately reacted in a number of places so I left it to dry and sanded it down.
so once dry sanded down i tried again gave it a really good pannel wipe clean then tried again but again immediately reacted in the same places.
same paint as before, same filler body kit is different tho what do I do?

Sand it back to remove all the paint that was on there originally. My guess is the solvent in the base coat is reacting with the old paint underneath the primer.
Long job but easiest way to stop it happening

Yeah sanded it back till back to white then clear coated it then rubbed it down then primered.
on my second coat of primer the compressor decided to stop which I never now till in was too late and it ruined the primer anyway.
bodywork is really hard.
