Rounding? Wow. Lots of plus gas and maybe some heat, double check your turning them the correct way too

soak them in wd40 type stuff from above the frame so runs down the stud
and possibly beat a 6 sided 11/16ths or 16mm socket onto them, trying to crack them tighter can make them undo easier
If you put a lot of power into a long ish breaker bar and still won't undo give up before the stud shears off the flourpan
you may need heat on the nuts at that stage then try again, but too much heat will soak into the stud and expand it
and can go tight/creaks as turned and strip the threads,so will need to let it cool down and retry,
I would avoid using an airgun personally(it could sort it in seconds),could also shear them studs in seconds

They're 17mm I think. If you've got access to oxyacetylene then heat them to red heat if possible, let them cool down fully and give them a good spray with release stuff like plusgas, then they should come undone. Don't try to remove the nut while hot because they might just snap off.

I would use a wire brush to clean the threads up as best as possible first, then soak them with some plusgas, then use a blowtorch to heat them up and spray more plusgas on.

Do that a few times (heat will help the plusgas penetrate)

Then use a breaker bar to see if they will crack off.

Best thing to use would be a decent impact gun though!

I was advised against using my impact gun to remove them. Have next to no warning if they'll snap

Cut em off with a dremel. Last resort though as you could slip and catch the stud underneith

As long as it's on a low setting they shouldn't snap. The shock helps to crack the nut, as opposed to a gradual push on a breaker bar which might snap them.

My snap on gun doesn't have a low setting. I've found rocking a breaker bar does much the same. Allthough tbh the gun worked great on the car I broke.

You hafe to get the thread clean to start with then give it a good tap on the side with a hammer follwed by some plusgas the proper stuff

You have to be careful with a breaker bar as you tend to push off center which snaps the stud especially if its on the ground.

make sure you use a 6 hex socket too the 12 point will just kill the nut.

    100% this

Before you go at them again make sure you've got a decent 6 sided socket

Never had any luck with the removal tools.

if it gets to that stage I normal just carefull cut the nut off with the die grinder
